The problem
Property managers and tenants in smaller buildings (<50 units) were frustrated by the lack of ways to easily communicate with the community and each other about the happenings of the building. There was a clear gap for a focused, modern solution built around their actual workflows and providng a tool for these smaller buildings.
What I did
—Conducted customer interviews and market analysis to identify unmet needs and define the product scope
—Designed the full product architecture and roadmap from scratch — no team, no prior codebase
—Built the entire MVP full-stack using React, Node.js, and Express
—Validated the product with a real firm managing 100+ properties and potential users
—Iterated on the product based on user feedback

The problem
Enterprise clients going through mergers and acquisitions needed a unified HR platform to manage people data across the combined future state organization — each with different systems, structures, and compliance requirements - in order to plan their future state org.
What I did
—Led end-to-end product lifecycle for an HR platform — from discovery and requirements through launch — across 5+ M&A clients in a year
—Ran enterprise discovery sessions and user interviews to translate complex stakeholder needs into prioritized requirements
—Designed and implemented RBAC, clean room protocols, and data-sharing restrictions to meet compliance requirements across clients
—Built and delivered Power BI dashboards surfacing org analytics to support executive decision-making during integrations
—Served as primary client contact, aligning executives and cross-functional stakeholders on product direction
—Mentored five junior PMs through delivery, contributing to $500K+ in new revenue
